Full Planning

This package is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable. 

 

Our Partial and Full Service Package might include some of the same items provided in the Month of Management.

 

The full planning wedding package includes :

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary

  • Unlimited phone, text and email availability 

  • Help to prepare and understand a budget

  • Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists

  • Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

  • Answer etiquette questions

  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired

  • Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor category

    • Baker

    • Caterer

    • Florist

    • Musicians

    • Photographer

    • Rental Facilities

    • Videographer

    • Wedding Attire (bridal shops)

    • Officiate

    • Transportation

  • Hotel accommodation,  coordinating blocks of rooms at selected hotels

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

  • Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products

  • Assist with the choosing of invitations

  • Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending

  • Ceremony planning

  • Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors

  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding

  • Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

  • Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding. This two hour planning meeting will include:

    • Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement

    • Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

    • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)

    • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Partial Planning

This package is for the busy couple that wants a life style outside of planning a wedding but still feels like they want to be in control and need help in finding vendors.

 

Our Partial and Full Service Packages might include some or all of the same items provided in the Month of Management

 

  • Initial consultation 

  • Unlimited phone, text and email availability 

  • A two hour wedding planning meeting one month before wedding to distribute and review wedding day agenda/ timeline and collection of wedding items to be set up for ceremony and reception.

  • We will help with developing your style, colors, theme and incorporating your unique signature to complete the vision of your day.

  • You can chose from our preferred vendor list based on your style and budget. You also have the option in obtaining your own vendors.

  • We set up and attend meetings with vendors

  • Site visits at your selected venues

  • Set up taste testings with caterers already selected and bakers

  • Stationary coordination which might include the design and production of save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus and programs

  • Coordinate rentals which might entail tents, linens, tables chairs, staging, flooring and dropping

  • Coordinate transportation for event party and guest

  • Coordinate blocks for rooms and hotel accommodations 

  • Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal

  • Coordinate and direct wedding ceremony 

  • Coordinate and direct reception and all formalities including management of gifts and all details concerning the reception

  • Review all vendor contracts and distribute wedding day agenda/timeline with each vendor

Destination Weddings

We are a certified Destination Wedding Planner in Mexico but are not limited to other states or islands of your choice.

​

We will assist you with all aspects of your destination wedding and guide you to a resort that's right for you and your family and your guest.

 

Please call us with your location and we will do our research to give you the wedding of your dreams in a tropical island.

Month of Management (Formally Day of Coordination)

Coordination Day of Wedding only:

​

  • Can sign contract up to three months before wedding 

  • No vendor selection involved 

  • Follow up and contact vendors one month prior to wedding to confirm all services contracted

  • Coordinate and organize wedding rehearsal

  • Compile timeline and distribute to vendors and wedding party

  • Coordinate wedding ceremony and reception to include all formalities.

  • Troubleshoot on day of wedding if any problems should arise

This package is for the organized couple who knows what they want and has planned all details of there wedding.  In this package all vendors have been selected but need the experience of a wedding planner to pull it all together so they can sit back and and enjoy there day. (Reception set-up and design additional charge)

Party Planning

​

  • Unlimited consultations via face-to-face, phone text and email

  • Design of overall theme and décor scheme

  • Selection and procurement of venue and vendors

  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts on your behalf

  • Cuisine & beverage selections and tastings, upon request

  • Facilitate and attend all vendor appointments

  • Logistical management

  • Provide day-of coordination to ensure the success of the event, inclusive of directing and cueing all vendors and guests

  • Oversee the event site setup and breakdown

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
